RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We accept returns only in case of genuine product issues.

Eligible Reasons for Return:

  • Item not as described
  • Damaged or broken item
  • Poor material quality
  • Significant color difference
  • Major difference from product images

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • The same stone/product must be returned (verified through our identification system)

ORDERING & CANCELLATION

  • If the order is already shipped:
